Cancellation Period:
- You can cancel your order immediately within 60 minutes of placing it. After this period, if the order is dispatched, you will need to wait until the product reaches us back from the delivery team to initiate cancellation. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account.
Cancellation Process:
- To cancel an order, log in to your Zetzu account and go to the Order History section. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" button. if you can't find the "Cancel Order" button, please email us at support@zetzu.com or WhatsApp at 9146999933.
Refund Process:
- If the cancellation is made, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Custom Orders:
- Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Cancellation Notifications:
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is successfully processed.
