Return Policy for ZETZU

1. Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for items purchased on ZETZU within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zetzu.in or +91 9146-999933. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process. Please make sure to share a video showcasing the product and packaging before, during, and after unboxing, which is compulsory for returns.

3. Return Authorization:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of the item.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition. Amount will be refunded to the original payment method, Please allow up to 7 working days for processing, depending on your bank's procedures.

    6. Exchange Policy:

    • We offer exchanges for all products, excluding items of Shein & Zara. If you wish to exchange your item for another product of the same value, please follow these steps:
      • Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team to ensure the desired product, size, or color is available for exchange.
      • Initiate Exchange Request: Once confirmed, initiate the exchange request with our customer support team by providing your order number and details of the new product you would like.
      • Send the Product Back: You are responsible for bearing the shipping costs to return the original product to us.
      • Verification: Upon receiving the returned product, we will check and verify its condition.
      • Free Replacement: Once verified, we will send the new product to you free of charge.

    7. Third Exchange:

    • Customers are allowed one exchanges free of charge. If you wish to make a second exchange, an additional fee will be charged to cover processing, handling, and shipping costs.

    8. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
      • Items marked as Shein & Zara
      • Underwear and swimwear
      • Personalized or customized items

    9. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the order.
